Online therapy with Sarah at New Leaf Therapy UK is designed to be flexible and convenient.
You can use a laptop, tablet, or phone—whatever you’re most comfortable with.
While it’s important to find a quiet space where you won’t be disturbed, an empty house isn’t necessary; just let others know you need some privacy. Whether you prefer lying on your sofa, sitting at a desk, or sitting in your garden, choose a spot where you feel relaxed and focused.
Please do not call from a car - it would be unsafe to offer treatments in this way.
To ensure the right vibe, consider dimming the lights, using headphones, or adding calming elements like a blanket or a favorite scented candle. Please be aware that you will be talking for a good portion of your session, so a good connection is really important.
I work from an office in my home, to ensure your privacy - during the week, I am here alone, apart from my two furry assistants (Honey and Lilly) who offer the occasional gentle snore from under my desk table.
(If we are working on a phobia of dogs, I will of course keep them out of the room during your sessions.)
You do not need to have a Zoom account to join your session . After booking and paying for your session, you will be sent a Zoom link.
Please feel free to follow this link when you receive it, before our session to ensure everything runs smoothly.
You can also download a free app available on both mobile devices and computers. Once you have it installed, you’ll just need to click the link I send you at the scheduled time, and we’ll be all set to begin. However, Zoom can also work from just your browser.
